Vertebral artery dissection information is difficult to find. I hope this helps.
I add to this site regularly. If you have information for the lists below or know of a doctor or other medical professional who specializes in vertebral artery dissections or even has a great deal of experience with them, please email me.

Interview of Karl Vincent, DC - this is my favorite article dealing with the link between chiropractic manipulation and vertebral artery dissections.

Signs of a Stroke
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by
asking three simple questions:
S * Ask
the individual to SMILE.
T * Ask
the person to TALK
and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE
(Coherently) i.e. It is sunny out today)
R * Ask
him or her to RAISE
BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY
ONE of these tasks, call
911 immediately and
describe the symptoms
to the dispatcher.
Informed Consent Form from Life Chiropractic College (pdf) - although I am glad to see an informed consent form about vertebral artery dissections, I believe their estimated number of vertebral artery dissections caused by chiropractic adjustments is very low at between 1:2 Million and 1:1 Million.
I also believe these consent forms should be required by law in all chiropractic offices.
